There are two craft brewery options in town: Rapids Brewing Company and Klockow Brewing Company. Both are excellent.

Rapids Brewing Company
Celebrate northern Minnesota with premium beer, food made with local ingredients, and great a great community. In addition to their 16 taps, Rapids Brewing Co. also partnered with Burbaker Acres to bring high-quality whiskey to Downtown Grand Rapids.
It is a unique gathering place with pizza made in their custom-made wood-fired oven. Be sure to try their Hands Down IPA and Noble Pilsner. And Fennology Plus is by far our favorite pizza!

Klockow Brewing Company
Klockow has excellent beer offerings and THC beverages in a unique atmosphere. While they don’t serve their own food, they do have a constant stream of food trucks at the premises. It is run by husband and wife team Andy and Tasha Klockow.

Best Tap Houses near Grand Rapids, MN
Grand Rapids is also home to a couple of unique tap houses that pour a variety of local craft beer. All are excellent, however The Pickled Loon Saloon is our favorite due to its immense patio and amazing views.

The Pickled Loon Saloon
The Pickled Loon Saloon pairs great food and beer with excellent views of Pokegama Lake. They have 20 taps, a full bar, and an extensive food menu.
They have a welcoming atmosphere and the best location in town.

Boulder Tap House
Boulder Tap House is a regional chain focused on craft burgers and beer. It’s a great spot to watch the game while enjoying a wide range of craft beers.
