1. Pantown Brewing Company
Pantown Brewing Company has been on the scene since 2013 and has produced a number of award-winning beers. They constantly have 24 beers on tap and weekly beer releases every Wednesday and are based in downtown St. Cloud.
Pantown hosts a number of fun events, including Tuesday Trivia Night, Thursday Cribbage League, and Friday Food Trucks.
We love the classic Cream Ale, Drop Forge Milk Stout, and their Fizzy Lifting Drink Hard Seltzer.

2. Spilled Grain Brewhouse
We’re a little biased. Our cabin is not too far from Spilled Grain, which makes me a bit of a diehard fan. It is our favorite brewery in the central Minnesota.
Spilled Grain Brewing Company is one of Minnesota’s most awarded traditional breweries, paired with a historic taproom.
Their handcrafted beers are to die for, and we often get a bunch to go.
We love their Bungalow Island Stout, Hipster Haze Hazy IPA, and Belly Flop Pilsner.

3. Beaver Island Brewing Co.
Beaver Island Brewing Company makes some Dam. Fine. Beer! They are located in the famous Bo Diddley’s space in downtown Saint Cloud. We love their community focus and the live music, which includes a Bluegrass and Beer series.
We love their Axe Dragger MN IPA (made with MN ingredients), Minnesota Classic Vienna Style Lager, and seasonal Check Pils.

4. Back Shed Brewing Company
Back Shed Brewing Company is a relative newcomer to the craft brewing scene. They tested out their craft in the back of their shed before opening their tap room.
Back Shed events almost every evening, with a Bean Bag League on Tuesdays, Trivia Night on Wednesdays, Euchre League on Thursdays, and occasional live music on the weekends.
We love their Alternator Altbier, Old School IPA, and Hybrid Learning Cider-Graff.

5. Third Street Brewhouse / Cold Spring Brewing Company
Third Street Brewhouse, located in Cold Spring, MN, is one of the largest craft brewers in the state. You can even find their beers at professional sporting events.
They offer guided tours at the brew house and live music on the patio every Friday and Saturday from May to September.
Our favorites? We love Minnesota Gold Lager, Hop Lift IPA, and Oktoberfest Session Marzen.

6. Bad Habit Brewing Company
Bad Habit Brewing Company is based in St. Joseph, MN in a brand-new facility close to campus. The Brewer’s Lounge is the only exclusive private event space in downtown Saint Joseph and is great for hosting parties.
You have to try their Always Hazy in Philly Hazy IPA, Bennie Light Ale, and beer alternatives like their Mimosa Orange Juice Seltzer.
