1. Finca Corsica
Finca Corsica is a private farm stay in Patillas, Puerto Rico. We stayed there on our most recent trip to the area and loved it. They have 6 rooms and the option to camp on their property. It is the only hotel that is also a working farm.
Highlights include access to a semi-private beach, the outdoor swimming pool, organic produce, and well-appointed rooms. We stayed in Casa Coral.
2. PRX Club
PRX Club calls itself a Luxury Caribbean Getaway. The Patillas area does not have any true luxury hotels, so this is about as close to a higher-end hotel as you will find. It is a 5 minutes’ drive from Patillas city center.
We love the high-end finishes, beautiful sea views, free Wi-Fi, and multi-level pool, and superb reviews.
3. Parador Maunacaribe
Technically just outside Patillas in Maunabo, Parador Maunacaribe is a wonderful guesthouse located right next to Playa Punta Tuna and the historic Punta Tuna Lighthouse. It is an all-inclusive Patillas hotel, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, tips, and tax at an affordable price.
Highlights include the recently renovated rooms, beautiful infinity pool, views for the Caribbean waters, restaurant with local dishes.
4. Parador Palmas de Lucía
Parador Palmas de Lucía is shares the same owner as Parador Maunacaribe. It is further up the coast in Yabucoa yet still close to all the main attractions in our 6-day Patillas Itinerary. It is an all-inclusive property.
We love the local cuisine, pool, and location near Yabucoa. The same company also operates Parador Palmas del Mar which is further up the coast.
5. Hotel Brandemar
Hotel Brandemar is located about 20 minutes West of Patillas in Guayama. That being said, it is still an option for a Patillas trip. The rooms are very basic and has more of a local motel feel, but with a pool and great food.
We do not know much about the hotel, however it did enter new management in 2022, so reviews are likely to improve. If you are looking for cheap hotels, then this might be an option

6. Parador Caribbean Paradise Hotel
This Two-Star hotel unfortunately closed after the most recent hurricanes.
Best AirBnbs in Patillas Puerto Rico
The best hotels in Patillas PR are often vacation rentals listed on Airbnb. Because the area’s tourism industry is not as developed as other parts of Puerto Rico, the Hotel Industry is underdeveloped.
You can find some unique properties that have pools and are close to beaches, food, and nightlight for very affordable prices.
7. Beach Front House with Pool
This unique property is split into two apartments, each with a capacity for 10 guests! This is your spot if you are traveling with a big group, as there are plenty of extra beds and private bathrooms. The pool is excellent, and it is located right on the beach.
Kids will love the bunk beds and large yard and pool.
8. Seafront Beach House with Heated Pool
This four bedroom private villa sleeps 13 and comes with a private heated pool. With only 20 steps between you and your own private beach, it doesn’t get much better.
Its location near Villa Pescuera means you are close to all the restaurants, bars, and beaches in Lamboglia, a popular barrio in Patillas.
9. Huellas Modern Home
This 4 bedroom modern home sleeps 8 and is located right on the beach. It has a private pool and lots of bunk beds for the kids. It is one of the nicer, or more recently renovated, villas on our list.
10. Villa Celestial Blue Beach Front with Room Service
This is one of the cutest hotels in Patillas, Puerto Rico. It looks a bit like a beachfront shack met a north woods cabin. We love the location right on the beach and cute amenities.
11. Malecon Beach House with Fireplace
Malecon Beach House is all about location… and its incredible yard. It is located right on the beach in Lamboglia, a barrio in Patillas. The highlight is the huge yard with a bar, fireplace, and above ground pool.
12. Campomar Beach Resort
Campomar Airbnb is a private home that sleeps 6 and is very close to beaches, as well as inland outdoor fun like Lago Patillas, Tres Chorros, and La Cascada El Survivor.
The house is well appointed and stocked, however does not have a pool or other entertainment amenities.
13. La Vista Del Mar
Don’t let Airbnb’s map fool you. La Vista Del Mar is located right on the beach in Patillas, Puerto Rico. There are two apartments to choose from and each comes with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and beach equipment.
The only downside is that each unit can only hold two people, so it is not great for families with kids.
14. Villas de Faro
Located in Maunabo, Villa de Faro is an apartment in the Villas de Faro apartment complex. The complex is close to the beach and Punta Tuna nature reserve.
It has a shared pool, squash court, and has 3 bedrooms and two baths. There is also a playground.
15. La Cottage
This four bedroom, four bathroom private house sleeps 8. It is located right on of Villa Pesquera beach in Patillas, PR and also has its own hot tub.
We love the large yard with big shade trees.
16. Beach-House in Secure Gated Community
This home is a short 5-minute walk to Villa Pesquera beach. It sleeps 7 and has access to the secure community pool that is a part of the complex. We love the location right in Lamboglia, which is home to a number of great restaurants and bars.
17. Apartment 2 Beach House
This home is split up into three rental apartments, each sleeping 5. Highlights are the communal outdoor eating area and easy access to Playa Inches, which is a popular surf beach, and Playa Guardaraya.

This cute private home sleeps 7 and comes with a private pool and yard. While not on the beach, it is a short 5-minute walk away and was recently remodeled.
19. Private House with Ocean Views
This three-bedroom private villa sleeps 10 and has its own private pool. It is located a short 5-minute walk from the beach.
20. Lordemar Retreat and Beach Villa
This might be one of the largest private villas on our list. It sleeps 12 people and is right on the beach. It is perfect for large families or groups.

Casa Brisas del Mar comes with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and a private pool. Enjoy sitting in their beach loungers on the beach or in their private yard nearby the pool.
22. Oceanfront Suite
Enjoy this cute beachfront villa in Guardarraya with its own private pool. It sleeps 9 and has a lovely gazebo so you can enjoy the Caribbean without the sunburn.
23. Enjoy Sunsets on the Coast
This property sleeps six and comes with private access to the beach. It does not have a pool and is not as well-kept as some of the others in the area, but it is cheap.
